We are growing and adding to our talented team of highly motivated sales executives. At Chango, in these newly created roles, you will report to VP National Sales and will be responsible for creating and cultivating new business for Chango’s search online marketing solutions.
- Cultivate and develop new business relationships and serve as a trusted online media business consultant to senior marketing decision makers and agency partners
- Ensure that our clients’ receive the highest level of sales and operational client service by leveraging a highly consultative sales approach
- Drive the RFP process; execute and deliver high quality solutions
- Exceed sales and revenue goals; effectively manage an individual quarterly sales goal
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams (client service account management, ad operations) to drive revenue growth with new and existing clients
- You have a minimum 5-7 years’ experience, with a proven track record of success in online media sales – growing business
- You have strong understanding of the search marketing, media display, and the ad exchange ecosystem in Canada
- You are a skilled consultative sales executive, with an ability to assess a clients’ needs, craft a solution, present the value proposition and close the loop on the deal
- You have a strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to understand an analyze results from performance display, direct response and CPM. With an ability to properly qualify Chango opportunities based on whether or not it’s a fit for both parties based on qualitative analysis
- You have experience in responding to RFPs and have excellent proposal writing skills
Proven performer, comfortable will all aspects of outbound lead generation
Driven, self-sufficient, does not hesitate to ask questions when necessary
