Job Description

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing several clients and ensuring an incredible client experience to our clients. Some of the duties include:

• Consult and identify solutions for client’s specific requirements
• Provide solutions to clients to increase collection efforts
• Forecast future collections based on current billing
• Provide excellent follow-up to client issues
• Manage change and client expectations effectively
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and clients
