Blip is looking for a bright and motivated Lead Engineer / Architect to join our agile development team.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven developer who is capable of designing scalable data models and writing highly optimized queries.

You are pro-active and organized, love building great products, can develop applications that can support millions of users, and are borderline neurotic about code quality and employing the best software development practices.   /* and please luv to document your work */

You should be fully comfortable working in LAMPish environments.  And we won't judge you ( much ) if you use Windows on the desktop.

Experience working on web video platforms or digital ad servers is highly relevant and valued.
