Junior Graphic Designer at AdRoll in San Francisco, CA

About Us:

Do you get excited about working with smart people and solving challenging design problems? We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer on a contract basis to work with our Creative Team to build engaging and great-looking online creative materials for live campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Support our Creative Team in the development of dynamic web advertising for clients such as Tom's Shoes, Sony and American Apparel
• Help translate concepts and ideas into viable design concepts
• Layout mock-ups and client previews
• Own design projects from conceptualization to implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelors in a Design/ Marketing related field
• Online Porfolio with relevent content
• Working knowledge of Adobe CS, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash
• Experience producing graphics for the web, working with online marketing display ads, and rich media ad units
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• A roll up your sleeves, self starter personality who delivers on time and gets things done
• Plays well with others 

Bonus Points:

• Understanding of online media advertising and operations
• Knowledge of UX theory and/or a natural sense of it
• Knowledge of Flash, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and ActionScript

Compensation:

• This is a 3 month contract role with the potential join the team full-time
• This is a part-time/full-time contract position with compensation
• Must be able to dedicate 20-40 hours/week between the hours of 9-5
