Account Executive (Inside Sales) at 500friends in San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:

•   Prospect, develop, and close new business consistently at or above quota level
•   Follow-up on qualified inbound leads at mid-sized retailers
•   Perform product demos using web tools to customers and prospective clients
•   Become an expert in inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and prospect qualification
•   Build and maintain an accurate pipeline forecast
•   Serve as an enthusiast for 500friends’ market-leading social loyalty platform, LoyaltyPlus™
•   Collaborate with senior members of sales team to facilitate “warm” lead hand-off where appropriate
•   Work closely with our Customer Success organization to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
•   Work collaboratively within the organization to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
•   Bring your strategies,and ideas to advance our company’s values, culture, and vision for the future

Requirements:

•   A passion for consultative selling
•   Experience within a sales team that consistently produces and exceeds their goals
•   Relevant domain experience in e-commerce or software as a service (SaaS)
•   Proven track record as a top producer (as defined by production results that put you at the top 5% of your peers).  
•   Minimum of two years of selling experience operating within a web technologies or innovative online product environment
•   Experience working with business owners, marketers, and executives
•   A sharp focus on your goals
