At Market Tech Media, our Sales Managers play a critical role in selecting and developing their sales team; ensuring a high level of product knowledge to meet customer needs. Key accountabilities include:

  • Execution of the sales plan in their geographic area of responsibility. 
  • Directs a team of sales reps ensuring that revenue retention, new business development and new product launch goals are achieved. 
  • Personally possesses the highest product and value proposition knowledge to develop their outside sales team to high performance. 
  • Rides extensively with reps to develop their team and assess market conditions, recommending changes to drive success.  
  • Conducts periodic reviews to ensure individual and campaign pacing and forecasting.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ Years of Sales Team Leadership demonstrating successful team development
  • Proven track record of developing new business and achieving sales goals
  • Strong advertising acumen.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
