UNIFIED is searching for a proven sales leader to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.
We are currently looking to hire a Sales Director in the East region, to be based at our headquarters
in New York. The Sales Director will be tasked with building a team that will introduce UNIFIED to the
brand advertisers and agencies in the Eastern region. In this role, the Sales Director will manage the
entire sales process from prospecting, closing and executing new business to leading a team of sales
executives. The ideal candidate will be focused on driving revenue and providing the highest level of
customer service while also serving as an expert and thought leader in the social marketing space.

Proven sales expertise with an understanding and enthusiasm for new media innovations and technology
A strong network of contacts within brands and advertising agencies
Ability to develop leads and create sales opportunities
Capable of successfully managing a large account base while prospecting for new business
Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve revenue quotas
Strong leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the understanding of digital media, especially social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Sales training and salesforce.com experience a major plus
A team leader and a team player, willing to collaborate with a diverse, dynamic business culture
Familiarity working in a small, fast-paced startup company environment
