Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring optimal delivery for all opt-in Email marketing campaigns. 
  •  
  • Maintaining and establishing ISP relations 
  •  
  • Establishing feedback loop programs and whitelisting 
  •  
  • Resolving Email filtering and blocking issues 
  •  
  • Monitoring blacklists and sender reputation 
  •  
  • Developing and implementing analytics related to Email delivery 
  •  
  • Working with customer support, account managers and customers to communicate issues and resolutions 
  •  
  • Creating and training material to for customers regarding deliverability 
  •  
  • Enforce privacy and anti-spam policies and laws among clients 
  •  
  • Ensure clients follow list collection and sending guidelines. In addition, this person will provide regular updates to upper management and all teams on client specific and overall deliverability. 

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English 
  • Courteous and patient 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Outstanding organization skills 
  • Be able to multi-task in a dynamic organization
