What it is:

Unified is looking for a Campaign Manager to join our growing AdOps team.  This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with social advertising experience, looking to focus in on running ads for major brands.  We are looking for someone who's quick on their feet, driven to get the job done, and loves creative problem solving.  This person will be an integral member of a growing team, working closely with Account Managers to meet client KPIs and always exceed client expectations.  Ideal candidate would be startup-ready (not a 9-to-5), team oriented, and understands the value of social media, and why brands want to be there.  Experience running ads for brands is a must, and here you can learn how to do it at the highest level.  

What you'll do:

  • Interact and coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors and agencies to ensure campaign success
  • Use proprietary software to build and optimize ad campaigns across social media platforms
  • Manage social ad campaigns from start to finish with attention to profitability, efficiency, client satisfaction, etc.
  • Assist with mid-campaign and post-campaign reporting and other client services
  • Work with our technology product team by recommending design changes and enhancements to ensure the constant improvement of the Unified Social Operating Platform

  • Ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on your own as part of a distributed team
  • Good understanding of social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)  
  • Good understanding of online advertising  
  • Strong analytical skills: must have a demonstrated track record of excellence in analytics, either via past work experience and/ or successful completion of analytic coursework 
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and take initiative in order to solve problems as they arise
  • Hands-on experience in online advertising environments with working knowledge of advertising operations

Nice to have:

  • Expert use of Facebook ads, Twitter ads, or other RTB media buying and optimization tools
  • Campaign management experience with one or more of these APIs
  • Prior media buying or financial trading experience
  • Good understanding of web technologies (pixels, html, javascript)
  • Experience with pivot tables and other analytical reporting tools such as SQL
  • Experience with website tracking tools such as Google Analytics
