Job Title: Property Services Coordinator
Reports to: Maintenance Manager

The Property Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating maintenance issues for a portfolio of properties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the operations department
- Support the maintenance department
- Manage and assign assistant’s duties and tasks
- Maintain facility vendor and task schedules
- Maintain vendor lists
- 3rd party vendor management
- Coordinate and schedule vendor bids and work (W9’s & Liability Insur.)
- Acquire city, county, state, and federal licenses/permits
- Work with city departments to coordinate inspections and approvals
- Coordinate and schedule facility maintenance items
Education and Work Experience
High school diploma required
College degree a plus
Self Storage experience a plus but not required
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Excellent organizational and time skills are a must
General computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet research skills)
Accounting experience a plus
Supervisory skills are required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Equipment and Applications
Computer applications include: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet research skills
General office equipment including: 10-key, fax, phone, printer, copier and postage machine
