Director of Client Relations at ReFlex in Cincinnati, OH

Our client has an urgent need for a Director of Client Relations

This person must be able to perform the following tasks at a high level:

·         Answer basic technical questions that would arise in a first call (methodology, how it works, how we’re different, all tied to key benefits) and have the skills needed to creatively neutralize the common pushback

·         Conduct standard first call sales presentation, and have an interactive discussion on potential fit/current marketing optimization challenges

·         Have understanding of and ability to respond to an RFI or RFP

·         Perform technical deep dive sans the 3 slides on statistics and beta binomial distributions

·         Deliver a full day technical workshop

·         Architect a solution in terms of number of models, number of product lines, etc.

·         Price an engagement based on solution scope

·         Clearly articulate business value to various stakeholders: media planning, insights, agencies, P&L owners and to clearly articulate technical/process improvement value to various stakeholders: same as above

·         Create a custom demo and/or a custom deck for specific purposes (new industry, new partner, etc.)

Education & Experience:

• College degree required
  • Masters in Business Administration, Information Systems or Statistics/Mathematics a plus
• Customer-facing experience., e.g., sales, pre-sales, consulting, account management is a plus
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
