PRODUCT MANAGER

Relay Network LLC, a VC-funded technology company located in Radnor PA, is seeking a highly talented Product Manager to join its growing team, which delivers innovative products using the Agile methodology.  Candidates must be intellectually curious, self-driven, highly motivated, technically astute and productive. Responsibilities

The Product Manger will work extremely closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure that Relay builds and delivers the highest quality products, features and functionality in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include:

• Ideate with the Executive, Sales, Marketing and Creative teams
• Collect, define and organize product requirements
• Transform raw ideas into actionable stories
• Design flows and storyboards that are elegant in their simplicity
• Obsess over the user experience
• Manage the lifecycle of the product from idea to launch
• Work with the Project Management team to prioritize, test and launch features
• Ensure quality of deliverables
• Keep all interested parties up-to-date on progress
• Develop product metrics, reports and analysis
• Continuously innovate to improve the offering post-launch

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated capacity to develop and understand business strategy
• Proven ability to translate vision into work product
• Innate ability to rapidly develop user flows and business processes
• Strong affinity for the user experience
• Exceptional analytical, written and oral communications skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness and flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Great people management and motivation skills
