General Description
UNIFIED is looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Manhattan-based team. This position will report directly to the VP, Ad Operations and will be part of our ad operations team where you will use proprietary applications to launch and optimize social advertising campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN and other platforms. Expert use of Facebook, Twitter, or other RTB media buying and optimization tools is a must. Experience with pivot tables and other analytical reporting tools such as SQL is a plus. This role is the gears of the fast paced media support team at Unified; as such, qualified candidates will possess a high attention to detail, organizational skills, and will thrive in the face of challenges.
Responsibilities
- Interact and coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors and agencies to ensure campaign success

Use proprietary software to build and optimize ad campaigns on across social media platforms

Manage social ad campaigns from start to finish with attention to profitability, efficiency, client satisfaction, etc.

Assist with mid-campaign and post-campaign reporting and other client services

Positively impact team processes by regularly contributing to the constant improvement of our systems, processes, and tools

Strong analytical skills: must have a demonstrated track record of excellence in analytics, either via past work experience and/ or successful completion of analytic coursework

Prior media buying or financial trading experience a strong plus

Experience with website tracking tools such as Google Analytics is desired, but not a requirement

Demonstrate an ability to think outside the box and take initiative in order to solve problems as they arise

Must have hands-on experience in online advertising environments with working knowledge of advertising operations

Understanding of online ad campaign metrics and analysis with an ability to compile and analyze data and metrics related to fill rates, forecasting, and yield management
