Accountant at The Clymb in Portland, OR

We’re seeking an experienced Accountant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, verify, and process supplier invoices and expense reports
  • Print/distribute checks and process direct deposits
  • Reconcile cash and credit card accounts
  • Input employee time and maintain employee payroll records
  • Process payroll twice per month
  • Ensure payroll taxes are paid and mandatory  reporting is done

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of Payroll and AP experience using accounting systems (QuickBooks a plus)
  • Detail oriented and very organized
  • Be comfortable with a start-up environment (variable workload, shifting priorities, dogs in the office, etc)
  • High tolerance for accountant / finance humor is required.
  • Believable laughter is a plus
  • Unrelenting passion for the outdoors is a plus
