Accountant at The Clymb in Portland, OR
We’re seeking an experienced Accountant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and process supplier invoices and expense reports
- Print/distribute checks and process direct deposits
- Reconcile cash and credit card accounts
- Input employee time and maintain employee payroll records
- Process payroll twice per month
- Ensure payroll taxes are paid and mandatory reporting is done
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of Payroll and AP experience using accounting systems (QuickBooks a plus)
- Detail oriented and very organized
- Be comfortable with a start-up environment (variable workload, shifting priorities, dogs in the office, etc)
- High tolerance for accountant / finance humor is required.
- Believable laughter is a plus
- Unrelenting passion for the outdoors is a plus
