Executive Assistant at Black Rar Inc in New York, NY

Blackrar is a company with a team of qualified and experienced systems professionals with extensive experience in software development on various hardware and software platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support for the CEO and Executives
    • Handle Administrative tasks in the office and manage the front desk and phone calls
    • Make travel arrangements for employees as needed
    • Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, schedule meetings and other activities
    • Ad-hoc tasks, errands, duties as requested

Requirements:

    • An ideal person would have Executive Admin experience (supported executive/VP level personnel)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience at handling the front-desk
    • Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite technology, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience at making travel arrangements
    • Atleast 3-4 years of experience in an administrative function
    • Atleast 1 year of experience in a corporate environment

Bonus Points:

  • Prior Experience in IT Services company is a huge plus.
