Help/FAQs: Jobs

I need to hire more than one of the same position -- how do I do that?

There are two ways:

  • To hire similar positions in multiple locations, create two separate jobs in JobScore, each with its own different location.
  • To hire multiple of the same position in one location, just open the job once.  When you find someone to hire, clone that job, assign the candidate you want to hire to the new cloned job, and close it -- your original job will still be open and you just keep working on it with all of your historical data preserved.

What job reports are available? I need to provide reports to my boss.

JobScore provides 5 basic reports for each job, all of which are on the “Job Report” page which can be accessed by clicking on the Job Shortcuts button on the view job page.  We recommend e-mailing the hyperlink to this page to your boss whenever they ask for an update – eventually they’ll catch the drift that they don't need to ask you for reports anymore - they can just log into JobScore whenever they want an update. The five reports include:

  1. A status report showing how many candidates are new, active, declined, etc.
  2. A source report showing the origin of all of the candidates assigned to the job
  3. A score report showing how well the assigned candidates match your criteria
  4. A Job board report showing the effectiveness of each of your job postings
  5. A Referrals report showing the effectiveness of your e-mail referral rewards campaigns

Each job also has its own history, which shows everything that’s happened with the job. If you have other job reports that you’d like to see in JobScore, please let us know!

How do I delete a job?
