Can I install JobScore on my own server?
Sorry, we don't offer an installable version of JobScore. JobScore is only available over the web. We maintain the servers, security and updates so you don't have to.
I’m a third party recruiter (agency) -- can I use JobScore?
Sorry, not at this time. For now JobScore is focused on building a direct employer-to-employer resume exchange. If you work as a bounty based recruiter (percentage of annual salary fee schedule), you can’t participate. However, if you perform the recruitment function on an hourly or project basis (recruitment outsourcing services where you manage the customer's internal pipeline) we’d love to have you on board. Yes! Anyone who runs the recruitment process for an employer can use JobScore - and we have several RPO customers already. If you have questions about how JobScore can help power your engagements, please email us.
I'm a contract recruiter, can I use JobScore?
Absolutely! Contract recruiters make ideal customers and evangelists, and some of our most active users are contract recruiters. We've even built features specifically for contract recruiters that allow them to connect multiple JobScore accounts. Please email us for details.
I'm in HR and recruiting is only part of my job, can I use JobScore?
Yes! You will love JobScore: We eliminate busywork, and our self-service features empower your hiring managers to do a better job of sourcing candidates on their own.
Is phone support available if I have problems?
Absolutely. Call us at 415-904-9900 -- if we're around, we'll answer and help as best we can. The best and fastest way to get answers, however, is to e-mail us at support@jobscore.com: we read every e-mail ourselves and respond as fast as we can.
Can you customize JobScore for my business needs?
JobScore is highly customizable. You can: create your own workflow & task categories; add as many users, locations and departments as you need; and even customize the appearance of your careers site with own logo and colors. So, if you have administrative privileges for your account, you can customize JobScore to your business needs yourself.
However, we can't add custom features just for your specific business needs. Because JobScore is web-based software, we focus on creating features needed by everyone who uses JobScore.
So... we want to hear your suggestions for JobScore! Please post feature requests in the JobScore Forums, and if you want to see your requests built sooner than later, ask your friends to request the feature, as well :)
How much does it cost to use JobScore?
You can use JobScore for free. Depending on how you use JobScore, there are three things we charge for:
- Subscription: If you don't want to share resumes, you'll need to sign up for one of our SUBSCRIBE plans - for which we charge a monthly fee. Subscription plan options and pricing are listed here.
- Credits: If you want to contact more reccomended candidates than you share, you'll have to buy credits. Credit prices are listed here.
- Job Postings: We make it easy for you to purchase job postings for most major job boards (i.e. Monster, Careerbuilder, Craigslist) through JobScore. You are only charged when you choose to post. Job posting prices are listed here.
There are no additional or hidden signup, termination or support fees: what's shown is the entire price. We don't have any salespeople here at JobScore, so if you want to use the service, just sign up and get started.
Is JobScore available in other languages?
Today JobScore is only available in English. We may consider translating JobScore into other languages later. There are some overseas employers that use JobScore, but be aware that we don't support syndication to non-US Job Boards, and our resume parsing engine is not optimized to handle foreign languages.
Can I export my data from JobScore if I decide to leave later?
Yes. Just e-mail support@jobscore.com and ask for a copy of your resumes. We'll send you a folder with a copy of all of the resumes in your account in a few business days.
How do I close my account?

What are the system requirements to use JobScore?
All you need is a computer with internet access and a modern web browser. We've tested JobScore to work with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
