Our Network:

JobScore operates a cooperative recruiting network. We leverage patent pending matching technology to recommend qualified, interested candidates for specific job openings. We are growing the network through employer-to-employer resume sharing.

As an incentive to share resumes, we offer employers free technology to build their own candidate pipeline and see what works. Employers can also exchange the resumes of the people they choose not to hire for qualified resumes in the network. When you use JobScore you're not working alone, you're recruiting cooperatively.

Our History:

JobScore was founded in 2004 by recruiters and technologists committed to using the internet to make high quality, private connections between people and jobs.

• 2004: We did primary market research, built prototypes and filed several patents
• 2005: We tested our hypothesis, collecting 25,000+ resume documents in an alpha trial
• 2006: We opened a private beta and began refining our product
• 2007: We ran a public beta
• 2008: We launched & the network is growing!

JobScore is privately held and is based in San Francisco, CA.
