Job Description

InGenesis is seeking a Program Supervisor to work with our client. In this role, you will coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation activities of HIV Programs to provide services and support to patients.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, implement, tailor, adapt, and evaluate program activities.
  • Participate in selection and recommendation to hire, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff.
  • Promote program services.
  • Monitor program specific contracts and budgets.
  • Coordinate routine and timely compilation and analysis of statistical data and preparation of reports to agency and funders.
  • Participate in community needs assessments, program planning, and program resource allocation activities.
  • In coordination with the Planning and Development Department, give input on grants related to HIV/HCV services.
  • Participate in the development of operational procedures.
  • Coordinate protocols for HIV/HCV testing, crisis intervention, staff safety and other Department services.
  • Flexible work schedule to include evenings, weekends, occasional overnight, and at various locations and outreach venues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Welfare, Psychology, Sociology, or other related health field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) years of related experience including the coordination of an HIV or HIV related program.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting HIV testing and/or HIV prevention outreach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Previous experience in grant management and/or working in a bilingual/bi-cultural environment a plus.


This position is dependent on contract award.
