Computer Support Specialist (18262)

InGenesis is currently seeking Computer Support Specialists to work with our client in Latham, NY. In this role, you will be working in the NYS Office of Attorney General’s IT Call Center.

Job Duties

• Answer calls and/or respond to emails within our IT Call Center from users regarding technical issues they're experiencing may it be hardware/software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Skills: Software (Windows 10/11, MS O365, Adobe) and Hardware (Laptops/Printers/Scanners)
• Abilities: Professional, respectful, provide great customer service with verbal communication and writing ability; Able to work well with other team staff.
• Preferred Education: High School; Technical Degree/Certificate Program

*Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
