Job Description

InGenesis is currently seeking a Healthcare industry Associate Program Manager to be part of a Program Management Team and assist the Client Program Manager across all aspects of a Managed Services program, including fostering customer satisfaction, managing clinical and ancillary staffing engagements, delivering orientation classes, and ensuring client and employee satisfaction. The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all services adhere to contract compliance standards. This is a corporate based position supporting our client in the greater San Jose, CA area, and offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering HR-based service offerings for a Healthcare client.

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to cultivate and maintain working relationships with appropriate client sponsors within the greater San Jose Area.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction levels through collaboration with the program management team and headquarters resources.
  • Actively prepare and present assigned client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and attend via client preferred meeting location (i.e. in-person or zoom).
  • Provide compensation insights derived from current market conditions.
  • Work with the program management team to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the contingent workforce and collaborate with Human Resources to address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Oversee the onboarding and orientation process for the company’s workforce, contingent and supplier workers, providing necessary support.
  • Ensure adherence to timely and accurate time capture processes by suppliers and the contingent workforce.
  • Manage assignment, rotation, and backup schedules effectively and required to ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance.
  • Conduct regular client visits to maintain engagement and address any concerns.
  • Foster cooperative and professional communications with staff at all levels within the organization.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field of study.
  • A minimum of (5) years of experience in healthcare administration, program management, workforce solutions/staffing industry or business experience.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, efficiently manage time, set goals and objectives, and develop action plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in cultivating strong professional relationships with corporate employees, contingent workers, suppliers, and clients.
  • Strong business development, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Demonstrate physical agility, including the ability to bend, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Able to reach to retrieve documents.
  • Able to carry materials and/or file boxes up to 20 pounds.
  • Expectation of local travel ranging approx. 40-60%
