Sr. Manager Marketing Communications

Westlake Village, CA | On-Site Only – No remote option

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creation of Caldera brand story, Caldera branded patient marketing, and disease state awareness. Execute trade shows, digital marketing aligned with needs of product and clinical marketing
  • BRAND:
    • Lock in the Caldera Brand Position & Story, Create Content That Consistently Tells the Story, and Train the organization on the story and integrate onto all external platforms.
  • PROMOTE CLINICAL MARKETING:
    • Provide communication for education programs & support integration of brand & animation into procedural videos that can be supported and promote on digital platforms.
  • COMMUNICATE CONTRACTS:
    • Provide Communication Support for contracts awarded (Messaging/Announcement Letters, Launch Email Template, Printed Collateral, etc)
  • ENABLE PRODUCT PROMOTION:
    • Lay out product promotional materials in partnership with product managers.
  • EDUCATE PATIENTS:
    • Develop patient educational materials on key therapy decisions.
    • Provide patient facing digital content for physician websites.
  • DRIVE DISEASE AWARENESS:
    • Develop content that can be tailored locally to educate on SUI/POP and expedite the path to treatment.
  • TRADE SHOWS:
    • Project Manage & Execute Booth Presence, Collateral (videos, product demos, brochures) Give Aways, Pre & Post Show Communication, Lead Generation & Post Show Tracking.
  • DIGITAL MARKETING:
    • Manage and execute social media calendar, execute e-mail campaigns as appropriate to advise on availability of new tools, new contracts, milestones, etc

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or similar field of study.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications
  • At least 3 years of experience directly managing marketing communications including developing and executing campaigns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital and social media platforms, including SEO and Google Analytics and Marketing Automation
  • Proficient with MS Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative applications InDesign and Photoshop

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Seasoned Brand Manager Capable of Being a Hands-on Utility Player.
  • Experience with omni channel brand campaign creation, digital marketing, and trade show management.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Strong stakeholder management and confidence working with technical, sales, and marketing backgrounds.
  • Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • A talent for creativity and critical thinking.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Utility Player – Able to wear lots of hats.
  • Highly competitive & Action Oriented.
  • Master’s Degree a plus.
  • Medical Device experience a plus.
