Marketing Assistant

Westlake Village, CA | On-Site Only – No remote option

The Position:

  • Marketing assistant position
  • Assist with organization of marketing campaigns
  • Lead person on trade show logistics
  • Create reports to track marketing program metrics and ROI
  • Data entry of leads into CRM and dissemination of leads to sales team
  • Coordinate graphic design production for marketing literature

  • Polished demeanor and professional appearance
  • Superb organizationally to manage simultaneous projects on time
  • Have impressive skills (type 50 wpm+, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or similar field of study.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing communications
  • At least 2 years of experience directly managing marketing communications including developing and executing campaigns
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital and social media platforms, including SEO and Google Analytics and Marketing Automation
  • Proficient with MS Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative applications InDesign and Photoshop
