A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a Product Designer. The successful candidate will create holistic design solutions that address business, brand and user requirements. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency. The company offers a great work environment.

Product Designer Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $60-$90/hr (Pay varies based on candidate's location and experience)
  • Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (San Francisco, CA 94104. - Hybrid/Remote - Candidates need to be located in the United States)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment

Product Designer Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process.
  • Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand and user requirements.
  • Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products.

Product Designer Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency.
  • BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (including user research, product management and engineering).
  • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered and web design principles as well as current web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Ability to present cohesive design approaches to a non-design audience (including business, product and technology teams).
  • Ability to create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and screen flows.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
  • Ability to grasp multiple product requirements with careful attention to detail.
