A leading technology company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing process flow data between MES/ERP systems to make sure the data matches, you will work closely with process engineers and process experts to ensure a smooth transition from one MES system to another. The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years of applicable experience working with MES/ERP systems in a high mix manufacturing environment. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!
Manufacturing Engineer Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $35/hr
- Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Santa Rosa, CA 95403 - Onsite)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment
Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
- Provide high precision mechanical solutions that enable the capabilities of our industry leading electronic measurement equipment.
- Review process flow data between MES/ERP systems to make sure the data matches,
- Work closely with process engineers and process experts to ensure a smooth transition from one MES system to another.
- Review drawings, 3D models, and other process documentation as required.
- Update documents or drawings and initiate change orders.
- Perform other tasks consistent with engineering responsibilities.
Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of applicable experience working with MES/ERP systems in a high mix manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or applicable sciences.
- This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, engineering best practices and, manufacturing documentation and controls.
- Experience creating and modifying process workflows or routings.
- Experience with MES/ERP systems, preferably Camstar and Oracle.
- Experience creating and modifying process documentation.
- Cad experience desirable NX preferred.
- Familiar with change orders and approval processes.
- Strong proof-reading skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet accelerated deadlines.
- General knowledge of manufacturing material flow.
- The ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
