A leading podcast and audiobook company is seeking an Associate Manager - Global Organic Mobile Acquisition. The successful candidate will be supporting our Associate Director, Global Organic App Marketing in creating and executing campaigns within our CMS platform across the Android and iOS apps. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience across iOS and Android platforms, is highly organized, self-driving, comfortable reviewing code and using content management systems. Associate Manager - Global Organic Mobile Acquisition Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $40-$50/hr
  • Worksite: Leading podcast and audiobook company (Newark, NJ 07102- Hybrid)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment

Associate Manager - Global Organic Mobile Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Build and launch A/B tests and seasonal campaigns using our’s CMS and CRM tools.
  • Own updating experiences across iOS and Android across our global portfolio.
  • Responsible for monthly updates of key touchpoints.
  • Pull reporting on key metrics related to the acquisition of new prospects.
  • Create, manage and socialize documentation related to app CX and in-flight tests.
  • Work with cross-functional Marketing partners to ensure a consistent end-to-end customer experience.

Associate Manager - Global Organic Mobile Acquisition Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience using Content Management Systems and basic knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, such as Kochava, Adobe Analytics and Tableau preferred.
  • Experience working with various cross-functional partners (Technology, Creative, User Experience, Media Planning) to develop assets and plans for optimization preferred.
  • Conversion and retention marketing experience in a membership model business preferred.
  • Basic understanding of conversion, engagement and retention marketing throughout different portions of the lifecycle.
  • Superior project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to effectively collaborate.
  • Solution-oriented and creative thinking.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Passion and understanding of the app space and streaming services preferred.
